The Central Statistical Office wishes to inform the general public of three (3) on -going   data collection activities; the Census of Agriculture and Fisheries, Survey of Living Conditions and Household Budgetary Survey and Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey.

The Central Statistical Office reminds the public that we are committed to the protection of all participants involved in our surveys. We hold all individuals connected to our organization to the highest standards of conduct, and we consistently, and rigorously, review our methods of recruitment. We firmly uphold our procedures of accountability to preserve the trust and safety of all our valued stakeholders, including the public that we are mandated to serve.

The CSO takes this opportunity to advise on our clear procedures for reporting, investigating, and addressing any breaches of conduct. For any matter of concern or grievance, a Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM), is established for receiving stakeholder complaints and concerns, including matters related to sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, and sexual abuse. The mechanism can be accessed by calling telephone number 468 5815 / or call, text or WhatsApp to: 1-758-284-1092, or through email at: madonna.monrose@govt.lc/ geraldine.stcroix@govt.lc. If anonymous complaints are received to our offices, all the information required to complete the form will be recorded, except the name of the complainant. Additional information on the GRM can be accessed at  https://finance.gov.lc/programmes/view/169

As the nation's official statistical agency, the Central Statistical Office continues to operate with a mandate to collect, process, and disseminate accurate data for informed decision making and planning.

We deeply appreciate the public’s cooperation and encourage you to continue engaging with our enumerators. The public’s ongoing participation ensures that our statistics remain current, reliable, and representative of everyone in Saint Lucia.
