The Department of Economic Development has received financing from the World
Bank (Bank) toward the cost of the Saint Lucia Urban Resilient Flood Investment
Project [SURF-IN Project] and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward
payments under the contract for the purchasing of ICT Equipment (Laptops,
Tablets, and Printer) for Project Coordination Unit Staff to support the work of
the Unit. The Department of Economic Development now invites quotations from
suppliers for the Goods described above.
Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a
Request for Quotations (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement
Regulations for IPF Borrowers, dated March 2025 (Sixth Edition), and is open to all
eligible firms as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
